Your FormCarbon Pro license key has been sent to the email address you used to buy. Follow these steps to activate it.

1. Get the key by emailThe email from Polar contains a license key that starts with FCPRO-. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder too.
2. Open the settings pageRight-click the FormCarbon icon in Chrome’s toolbar and choose Options. The settings page (the options page) opens, not the panel.
3. Paste the key in Pro licensePaste the key from the email into the box in the Pro license section of the settings page.
4. Press ActivateThe key is checked and Pro turns on. FormCarbon connects only for this check (what is sent is set out in the Privacy Policy).

Good to know

• One key works on up to 3 devices. On another computer or another browser, paste the same key in the same way.
• To move to another computer, free up a device in the Polar customer portal.
• Once the key has been checked, Pro stays on for 14 days without a connection. When you are online, the key is checked again once every 24 hours.

If something goes wrong

• Can’t find the key, or it never arrived: sign in to the Polar customer portal with the email address you bought with to see your key. You can also cancel or ask for a refund there.
